2025 e-Grad School modules

Thank you for your interest in participating in e-Grad School’s moderated online modules.
The program will provide you with transferable skills that will enhance your research experience and work readiness.
Before you register, we ask that you reflect on the time required and commit to this requirement before proceeding.

Moderated modules (5-weeks)
You will need to set aside between 3-5 hours per week for each of the 5 weeks of the program for reading content, participating in online discussions and taking part in a weekly quiz.
e-Grad School modules are very flexible and are built around the busy lives of HDR students, but please carefully consider whether you can commit this amount of time before proceeding.
If you can meet the above time requirements, please enter you registration details below. If not, this place will go to another participant. We hope to see you in the future when your workload allows. The​​​​​​e direct link to your module/s will be provided just before we start the Week 0. 
Please register a maximum of 2 modules per offering block to avoid workload difficulties.


e-Grad Express
e-Grad Express modules are short self-paced courses designed to provide practical tips and tools for skills or areas of practice that you can apply to your research and workplace.
Each self-paced module is designed to take one to two hours to complete.
If you can meet the above time requirements, please enter you registration details below. If not, this place will go to another participant. We hope to see you in the future when your workload allows.

 

*Module are cost-free for participants from our licensed universities or open for individual registration for interested researchers and research students (email egsacoordinator@qut.edu.au)

You will not be charged if your university has an active agreement with us. More information is available on our website.

NEW in 2025: eGrad Research Feedback Hub Module and zoom sessions. 

This new eGrad School self-paced module and our interactive workshops (Zoom) empower emerging researchers to strengthen their writing by practising constructive feedback techniques. Guided by Language and Learning educators and Careers educators, participants will learn strategies to improve clarity, engage readers, and present their research in a compelling manner. Join us to connect with peers, exchange insights, and build essential skills in writing, feedback, and professional communication that support both academic and career goals.
